How to use the Nationwide Shipping option

This guide describes how customers can place their shipping orders and how these orders should be fulfilled, once the shipping option is fully set up on your site.

Once customers enter their address which is not serviced by any of the door-to-door delivery Service Areas, they will be greeted with a message that can be custom-set for you:




They can then proceed with the checkout and later select the appropriate shipping service:

If the order contains perishable items, you can have one set of options:



If the order does not contain perishable items, the list of options can be different since cheaper and slower shipping methods can be included:



The shipping cost is added to the order, and you will later charge it on the Cashier page together with the order.

Once you process the order, you will need to use the UPS portal to print out the shipping label (we do not support shipping label creation and printing on the website yet). Once a tracking ou can add the tracking number to the order right in the Order Manager section:







You can also edit it if needed:


Once you add the tracking number, the order status changes to "Shipped", and the customer can then see the tracking number in their account:
